Chest/abdominal pain: Pain from "ribs" may take more time to recede, since healing of displacement, bruising or fracture is slower since respiration does not allow for stationary healing to occur. An ovarian cyst which ruptures can cause pain at the point of rupture, but should have resolved at "six weeks". You might ask your gyn provider about low dose oral contraceptives, which will prevent new ovarian cysts.
