The bottom of my throat hurts near my lungs when i breathe deeply. it doesnt hurt when i swallow cough or talk. no fever. what is this??

Throat discomfort: If this symptom is only a day or 2 old and there has been no throat trauma, an early viral upper respiratory tract infection is the most likely cause.
