If the problem is chronic and bothersome to you, you should consult your doctor or a general surgeon. Constipation is one of the aggravating factor for this problem and thus consuming more fiber in your diet along with regular exercise will likely reduce the risk

See below : Hydrocortisone cream may shrink hemorrhoids and relieve itching; apply 2-4 times daily for no longer than 1 week (irritation may occur if longer). A Sitz bath may help symptoms. To prevent making things worse, avoid straining during a bowel movement. If the hemorrhoids are significantly blocking stool or you don’t see an improvement in 7 days, then it’s time to reach out to a doctor.
