Sits bath and reduce: Constipation that causes this to begin with. Hard stools don't help prevent hemmohoids. You may need to go to a proctologist if it's too large to reduce, because its basically like a vericose vein by the time it gets over dilated. The high intrathoracic pressure to create the Vasalva maneuver to have BMs may have been going on too long. See your PCP for evaluation, and referral.Drink more liquids!
