Not necessarily: Unfortunately, all hemorrhoids don't just go away and require some form of treatment either conservative or if thrombosed (clotted) surgical. Many times prescriptive topical creams with steroids, increasing fluids, stool softeners work after a few days. Would recommend a quick visit with your doctor for advice after exam. Want to be certain it is a hemorrhoid.
