NO!!!: A true bullseye rash, known as erythema chronic migrans, is considered pathognomonic of lyme- meaning it alone is sufficient evidence to diagnose l:yme. It is imperative to treat lyme aggressively as soon as possible to prevent chronic infections, ideally for a month.
