Could you get lyme disease from a mosquito? i've been bite numerous times while sleeping and have a bullseye rash on my arm.

No: Mosquitos do not carry Lyme Disease. Maybe you had a tick bite that you didn't see. If you have a bullseye rash, then I would be worried about Lyme. See your doctor and have blood work done.

No proof as of yet..: So NO, ...as per the latest information on the CDC web site there is no credible evidence that Lyme disease can be transmitted through air, food, water, or from the bites of mosquitoes, flies, fleas, or lice.

Lyme is from ticks: Mosquitoes don't transmit Lyme only ticks can do that. If you have a bulls eye rash though that could very well be Lyme. Sometimes the ticks are so unbelievably small u can't see them. It looks like u live in New England and it's summer so I consider it peak Lyme season. If the rash is bigger than 5 cm in diameter and is expanding it's probably Lyme. Show it to an MD and get some antibiotics pls!
