Most of the time: these symptoms suggest one of two diagnoses, one food "poisoning" ( eg: Salmonella) or a VIRAL infection (eg: Norovirus) Both are self limited" (short in duration) so if your symptoms continue into tomorrow get yourself to an urgent care center or contact your Primary Provider...Hope this is helpful Dr Z
