What do i do to restore the compacted vertebrae in my spine without surgery?

Can't: If the bone is deformed, there is nothing short of surgery to restore its shape. Unless markedly deformed, shouldn't even be noticed. Especially in a young spine which is flexible and can accommodate to a slight deformity at one level. Bottom line, don't worry. Recover from the fracture. Then, if still symptoms a year or so later, then consider something at that time.

See below: If you are referring to a compression fracture in a vertebrae in the back that is in a compressed alignment, there is nothing that you could do to really straighten it out on your own. There is s minimally invasive outpatient procedure that could potentially help if the deformity is bad enough known as a kyphoplasty. Consider seeing an orthopedic surgeon to discuss treatment options.
