I had neck surgery a week ago. removing artrosis from the vertebrae because the nerves and bonemarrow got stuck the past 5 months. still lots of pain!

Hang in there!: In general, neck surgery is pretty successful for the condition you are describing, but it may take more than just one week until you feel the benefit. Hang in there! You probably will feel dramatically better over the next 2-4 weeks. If you pain is severe though, let your surgeon know just so he can do a postop checkup to rule out a complication.
