Missed insulin : Check your blood sugar now. Notify your physician now about the missed insulin last night and report the present blood sugar level. With that knowledge your physician can advise you about taking an amount of optisulin now in addition to some tonight, but he/she will need to know your blood sugar results this afternoon and evening.
