Does it itch?: If the discharge is not itching then it is resolving the infection.

Get checked: Granted even after successfully treating a yeast infection, you can still have a bit of a discharge for a few days, the biggest issue is whether it was truly a yeast infection. There can be other things that mimic this, so if the discharge persists, I recommend getting checked to be sure of the diagnosis.
