Yeast treatment: This is pretty common. About 10% of vaginal yeast infections are caused by yeasts resistant to fluconazole (Diflucan) and other "azole" drugs. Another type of treatment might be needed (e.g. nystatin, flucytosine, micafungin). Contact your doctor's office for advice. They may want to reexamine you, or might provide a different treatment.
