My nose been bleeding a week and headache and loss of energy and struggling with breathing?

Physician visit: I would suggest having a visit with your PCP, and also consider blood tests such as a CBC, differential, platelets. Avoid Motrin and Aspirin products, until seen. Place an ice pack with gentle pressure on the bridge of your nose. If the bleeding lasts more than 5-7 minutes, please see acute care. If you are short of breath, having chest pain, please see the emergency department.

Suggest ER: If nose bleeding has persisted for a week and you have difficulty breathing and low energy you need immediate evaluation you may have low blood from blood loss
