Otolaryngologist: See an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice and for diagnosis if you have recurrent ear, nose and throat issues with associated swollen glands. Tonsillitis is easily diagnosed by a throat examination. It can be caused by strep bacteria, certain viruses or infectious mononucleosis. Appropriate tests will be ordered. I doubt that your symptoms are side effects of your bp medications.
