Fluid shift: You may simply be having fluid shift which is common after giving birth. Swelling in the feet in ankles occurs for 1-2 weeks for many post partum women. Have your doctor evaluate you and check your blood pressure.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
