Lose weight: You may have fatty deposits in the liver and it requires you to lose weight. Losing weight will also help with your blood pressure. If that does not help go to PGI. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Follow this closely: Both your AST and ALT are much higher than most people's, though your AST is at the very top of the usual "normal range". Your physician can best advise you; this may just be your liver asking for more aerobic exercise, or serious illness . Your "Ayurvedic medicine" may be anything, and if you need something more to control your blood pressure, than accept it. I'd be worried if I were you.
