Dental abscess: Dental abscess is a virulent dangerous quickly spreading infection. Infection can damage surrounding bone and gum tissues, drain through the skin to the outside (will leave a scar), and quickly spread to other organs in your body via the circulatory system. What you are describing is an emergency requiring immediate treatment by a Dentist (not an ER unless they have a Dental Department)
