A member asked:

I am a 36 year old male. we only planned to have 2 kids. in 2015 we had a good surprise and added another 1 to the family.my wife and i really are not looking for another surprise and on that stage she was on the pill. what can i do as a male?

Simple works: You can use a condom as a backup, which so far is the single male form of BC that works. You can also have a vasectomy, which a urologist can often do as an office procedure. Snip/snip and no more swimmers. She could have the womb removed, if you are really done, but that is major surgery.
