A member asked:

If you cant fully concentrate in school bc you are thinking of other things does that mean you have add? or another illness? get sidetracked thoughts

Not necessarily: A person functions at their best when well rested (proper sleep), well nourished (diet adequate) , free from illness and in a comfortable setting (work stress). True ADD is rare if it is not diagnosed in early childhood & easily mimicked by other adult issues.
