Hair loss vitamins: Vitamins for hair loss include: biotin, iron, vitaminb, zinc, anti-oxidants like a.C & e, protein, and pantothenic acid. If you have female pattern hair loss which is genetic, rogaine (minoxidil) for men is more effective. If your hair is shedding you have a telogen effluvium and we use B12 shots to treat this condition. Visit your dermatologist to work up your hair loss as there are many causes.
