Gall Bladder Disease: The location , +ve Murphys sign, and radiation to back suggest Gall Bladder disease. Although close D/D is Peptic Ulcer disease U/S Abdomen and possible Endoscopy may need to be done, if the pain persists. Trial of PPI should be given Most importantly it should be followed by GI for a early diagnosis.
