My creatinine, serum is 0.56 alkaline phosphatase, s 1.25 ast (sgot) 204 alt (sgpt) 151 is this due to my liver or pancrea's or both can it be marfan?

This is serious: I'm not concerned about creatinine or alk phos, but elevated AST/SGOT and ALT/SGPT requires evaluation. It may well just be your liver asking for more aerobic exercise. I trust you do not drink alcohol. Your physician will rule out medication effect, hepatitis B / C, Wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, hemochromatosis. Best wishes.
