Menstrual pain: Cramping and "orange/red discharge" is unusual to re-occur at the end of a period. If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain you are not pregnant. Gall bladder surgery can precipitate diarrhea if too many fatty foods are eaten, so limit your intake of same. Lemon water is not contributing to this picture.
