A member asked:

Patassium 3.2 , glucose 175, creatinine 1.47, tbili 1.30, bun/creat ratio 9.5, non grf 64. those look like kidney disorder?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need the big picture: Labs by themselves mean nothing. The glucose is high for a person in their usual state of health and this needs a follow-up in case diabetes is actually present. The high creatinine / low calculated GFR may reflect muscle mass (when I was lifting daily, I ran 1.6 to 1.7) or moderately advanced kidney damage from some cause. Any licensed physician can address this. Best wishes.
