Work up needed: While you might be right, usually trauma uncovers preexisting pathology. A hematoma should have resorbed at least partially by now. You need a good exam and possibly further imaging as your symptoms are worrisome and you are probably losing weight, based on your symptoms. Best will be to let your PCP know and start there.
