Fruit & veggies: Bananas, prunes, prune juice, citrus juice, dried apricots, raisins, and cantalope are high in both magnesium and potassium.Potatoes, spinach, avocados, and artichokes are high in magnesium and potassium. Green vegetables are usually a source of magnesium.
