Depends on severity: It really depends on many things. The surgeon, how badly impacted the teeth were, whether they extractions were surgical or routine, pt's health, following post-op instructions. There is no golden time limit where everything is better. Ideally within 1-2 weeks you should begin to feel better, but every patient is different, as if every case.

Varies: It varies greatly. You could get a dry socket (which usually is 3 days post-op) and the socket would need to be packed. After about 2-3 days most people can get back to a normal routine. You can always get the doctor to look at the area again.

Complicated 3rd : Molar surgery usually takes 10-14 days to be back to "normal". Get medication, take it as prescribed, keep the area clean and free if food debris, and be patient. If your symptoms are not improving daily, contact your surgeon.

Varies : Pending on the difficulty of the extraction and if there was complications or not. Age, general and systemic heath, smoking, are some other variables effecting post extraction problems. But generally you should feel better in 2 to 7 days.
