Should i be worried if my 4 month old still has her fists clenched all the time? thumb out. she does not grasp toys yet as well. all other milestones seem normal. she does suffer from reflux. could this be why? should i be worried?

No: need to worry, this is a primitive reflex, can stay for sometime, maybe up to 6 months of age, and not related to Reflux, which is common in infants, hope you are practicing reflux precautions: thickening feeds, not overfeeding, raising the head of bed at 30 degrees, etc, enjoy your baby
