A member asked:

Is it normal for 6 month old who has reached milestones early (rolling over, crawling) to have his hands shake grasping a toy? he feels rigid/muscular

Maybe, maybe not: The early movements of infants are not as refined at 6 months as they will be at twelve and a bit of extraneous movement can be normal. Discuss this with your doc at a regular checkup.

Tough to say: Tough to say with this description, as it sounds like he is progressing well, but it is best to have him evaluated by his pediatrician, describing your concerns and letting the baby hold/grasp a toy during the exam so the dr. Can evaluate him and let you you know if it is normal or not. Best wishes.
