severe constant deep muscle pain left arm, 2 weeks. dx'd shingles. mobic/tylenol no help. 1)is shingles pain this severe? 2) can neurontin help?

How shingles are DX : Need to clarify how shingles was diagnosed. Other therapies would include neurontin but also Lyrica as well as analgesics.

May be: We need more information. Not all people have low C3 and low C4 when lupus is not active. You need to consider other causes also.
