Hello i am on effexor 375 mg a day have been for years now.. recently started buspar 20mg for 4 weeks increased 30mg a week ago still not feeling it's effects.. i'm a bit better but only 25% better starting to worry it's not going to help me ?

Re-evaluate meds: buspar is for anxiety,but needs to maintain blood level,- fixed doses taken daily. Unlike other medications used,on if needed basis. Buspar can be changed to some other medication. Try yoga,meditation & Tai-chi to reduce anxiety. Take omega 3 fatty acids.
