Probably: Collagen is a common component in chicken soups, beef soups etc where the broth is made from boiling the bony joints for flavor. If you make your own soup or like things like oxtail soup, that is the best- most natural way to get collagen. I do not know if there are other additives to the collagen syrup you are taking or how they process the collagen so I can’t endorse it, but natural form is ok
