Not advisable: I am not a fan of this diet and it is esp. Ill-suited for those with hypoglycemia. Those with hypoglycemia should avoid sugars and eat protein & complex carbs often. The only source of calories in this diet is sugars. But it's not a good diet for anyone to follow- anyone trying it should take vitamins & green drinks & add protein powder if doing it for more than a day or two.
