Are lemon, honey and cayenne pepper not good for pregnancy?

No contraindication: The only problem i can see with these foods is if they give you indigestion or gastric reflux, which is common in pregnancy. In which case, i'd avoid high acid and spicy foods. I suspect you will be fine though.
