Exam please: Herpes is spread via skin-to-skin contact with someone who carries the virus. This means you can get herpes by touching, kissing, and vaginal, oral or anal sex. However, your salivary gland may be enlarged due to another cause such as salivary stones, a tumor or bacterial infection. I therefore advise you to go to a medical clinic for an exam. I wish you well with your health!
