RX- Painful Knees: Good afternoon; Ice, exercise and elevation! Consider exercise in non gravity environment. Swimming, exercise on stationary bike- strengthen the tendons around knee joint. Elevate leg so foot is higher than knee and apply ice. Most importantly contact orthopedist for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
