Go 2 PCP to evaluate: your kneecaps, and see what is going on, especially if you feel it's going out of place or slipping. You do not want to be at risk for fall, or chronic pain in knees, since you are still young. You may need to change your home environment, so you're not having to do as much stairs. Your PCP can advise you what PT/bone specialist you can do or to for additional work up.
