No: the potential problems in pregnancy with these two medications, ivedal (zolpidem) and serdec (sertraline) are towards late pregnancy. Serdec shouldn't be stopped abruptly, and should be tapered under doctor's supervision. Once sure of pregnancy, get good prenatal care and keep the follow up with your doctor(s), wish you both wellness and a healthy baby
