Not needed, and...: Supplements could mean anything, and unfortunately, may include ingredients that are not on the label, or may not even have the labeled ingredients nor the labeled amounts of said ingredients. Supplements are not "approved medications" and thus are not backed by truly scientific research studies. That means effects, side effects, good or bad, are not fully known to anyone. In general, user beware.
