The quandary: VBAC after c-section is common in the USA when/if there is no complications for a singleton pregnancy, baby is not over-sized & mom has a adequate pelvic outlet. Here it is usually part of a double set up, where mother can labor & deliver if everything is going well. However, a surgical suite is on continuous standby to do an immediate C/S if any problem arises. This may/not be available to you.
