Not recommended: Most of the research on this supplement does not show improvement in the liver, and the few studies that show any improvement in liver numbers, it is minor. In the setting of drug induced hepatitis, it is impossible to know how severely damaged the liver is, and it is best to try to put as few substances Into the body as possible, to avoid stressing the liver or causing more damage. I’d avoid it.
