Diabetic kidney: From your data, it appears that you clearly had some improvement in your egfr. The "e" stands for "estimated". You may had this recovery of renal function due to a reduction of the amount of protein (p) in your urine, or relief of some obstruction. Ask your doctor to send you to a nephrologist (n) to find out what your actual GFR is with a 24 hour urine for creatinine clearance and p collection.
