Pneumonia unlikely: If only back/chest pain symptoms, pneumonia unlikely--expect cough, phlegm, fever, malaise. Chest pain on deep breathing may indicate pleurisy, probably viral in origin. Opacified sinus probably related to nasal mucosal irritation from smoking. Agree with planned eval of nodule. Look for other causes of back and chest pain--new exercise? New position in work?
