Postinor: Postinor, also known as Plan B or the morning after pill, is about 85-87% effective at preventing pregnancy. The likelihood that it will work depends on when during a woman's cycle it is used. The best method of emergency contraception is the copper IUD, so I would recommend that she have a copper IUD placed asap if possible. Also recommend using a more reliable form of birth control regularly.
