Likely yes, but...: One should stop using emergency contraception so often, and get on a reliable ongoing non-emergency contraception... such as an IUD, birth control pills, contraceptive implant, condoms, etc. Postinor and other emergency contraceptives work most of the time but not all of the time, so one can do a home pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex to confirm non-pregnancy.
