How would you know?: Can't figure how a person will ever know what type of liquid drop fell out of the sky or out of a tree. Could be anything... meaning YES, it could be bat saliva, or it could be the saliva of any animal that produces saliva (and drools). The simple treatment would be to gently rinse the eye out at the nearest clean-water site, as it is unlikely that a person would have a bottle of eye rinse handy.
