Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Just a thought: you should get these symptoms checked out by your PCP ...this sounds like TRACHEITIS (an inflammation of the large airways (TRACHEA) which runs along in the front of your chest....Antibiotics are sometimes indicated! Hope this is helpful! Just a thought Dr Z
