A member asked:

What is clear liquid leaking from belly button after gallbladder removal, also mild pain where gallbladder used to be. should i be concerned?

I'd be concerned: Assuming your gallbladder was removed laparoscopically, either of these symptoms could be related to retained fluid somewhere in the abdomen. Not life threatening but certainly annoying. I would order an abdominal CT scan ASAP.

Wound drainage: Fluid from the wound can signify healing problem at that incision site. Please see your surgeon. It's either a fluid collection, infection or a future hernia.
