How better should i be at day 4 trobex (bact conjunctivitis)? drainage went from white/yellow to watery, less swelling, still pinkeyes. is it working

Sounds like it: The clearance of colored drainage is a good sign the med is killing off the germ. Residual redness and some drainage will continue as the eye re-establishes its normal tear production/flow. If the drops weren't working the drainage would remain colored and swelling increase.
